Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible CCC certification (Clinical Competence Certificate)
- Consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of speech-only and mild-to-moderate as well as extensive learning needs caseloads
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy for an assigned caseload of approximately 55 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain timely, thorough records
- Deliver services in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid capacity as preferred and permitted by the assignment
- Work within a team model, potentially with SLPA support for in-person delivery
