Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Licensed (or eligible) as SLP in California
  • Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across two elementary campuses
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services for students with mild to moderate and extensive learning needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal guidelines
