Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Litchfield, Minnesota

The positions available include Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with certifications such as CCC, Pediatrics, CFY, or School, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) experienced in school environments. Both roles offer full-time schedules, serving elementary and secondary school students.
Location: Litchfield, MN
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- SLP Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM
- SLPA Hours: Multi-building assignment covering both elementary and secondary schools
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA, ideally with experience in pediatric or school settings
- Familiarity with school-based speech and language therapy protocols
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families
- Experience providing therapy services in multi-building school districts is preferred for SLPA candidates
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide targeted therapy services to students
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
- Deliver services across multiple school buildings as required (for SLPA role)
