Elementary Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in Lillington, NC

Your qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and specialized support for students with varying communication needs
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a passion for supporting young learners
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy for students in grades K-5
- Assess, identify, and document students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and support IEP team processes
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and support staff
- Communicate progress to families and contribute to building a positive, supportive school community
- Participate in optional ESY programming as needed
This contract position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $36.52 to $50.62, and the flexibility to explore a variety of grade levels and programs.
