What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is an advantage
- Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and determine eligibility for speech-language services
- Develop and execute individualized intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to generalize communication strategies across settings
- Maintain timely and accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
