Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required)
- Previous experience with school-based SLP services
- Expertise in providing support to elementary-age students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Deep commitment to fostering student progress and engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy onsite to a diverse elementary caseload
- Track student progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate regularly with staff and families
- Advocate for student needs and partner with education professionals to ensure positive outcomes
