Speech Language Pathologist in Grain Valley, MO

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC credential
- Missouri state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students and high-needs populations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for students with speech and language challenges
- Carry out direct therapy sessions, both group and individual, targeting skill development and functional communication
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Maintain punctual and accurate case notes, reports, and associated compliance documentation
