Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and ASHA CCC
- Background working in school-based settings
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as general education populations
- Ability to supervise SLPA and assist in professional development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to both Autism and Gen Ed learners
- Provide high-quality direct speech and language therapy services
- Oversee and provide supervision for SLPA
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Document assessments, progress reports, and required paperwork in a timely, thorough manner
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices
