What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification, with state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience delivering speech services in schools (virtual experience highly valued)
- Strong ability to manage, support, and guide SLPAs effectively
- Proficiency in offering indirect services (consultation, collaboration, documentation)
- Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising two SLPAs, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure quality of service
- Delivering all indirect speech-language services, including consultation, student progress documentation, and collaboration with educational staff
- Using virtual platforms to maintain accurate records and facilitate team meetings
- Adhering to school and state compliance standards for speech therapy services
- Promoting best practices for student-centered therapy in a digital environment
