Speech Language Pathologist in Inverness, FL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience delivering indirect SLP services, preferably in educational settings
- Enthusiasm for telepractice/VOCO service models
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident working in remote, digital platforms
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide all indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Oversee and guide two SLPAs, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to optimize student success
- Maintain timely, organized documentation and reporting for all assigned students
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as required
