Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a variety of speech and language disorders
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning and communication development
