School Speech Language Pathologist - Las Vegas, NV

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology, speech-language and hearing sciences, communication sciences and disorders, or a closely related field
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nevada
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship candidates considered
- Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and compliance with IDEA and IEP documentation
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to collaboration
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and parents regarding communication development
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services to diverse student populations
