Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric school-aged children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site and flexibility to adapt within a dynamic school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to a diverse caseload of students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain detailed documentation in line with district and professional standards
- Participate actively in team meetings, parent conferences, and student evaluations
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that foster student growth and achievement
