K-5 Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Negaunee, Michigan

What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Michigan
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in schools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work full time (37.5 hours/week)—part-time applicants also considered
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-5
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for integrated student care
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Offer consultative services and support for classroom strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
