Located in the welcoming community near Lancaster, SC, this contract position offers the opportunity to deliver onsite care to a caseload of 30-35 students during school hours (7:00am-2:30pm), making meaningful impact each day.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Valid South Carolina LLR license
  • South Carolina Educator Certificate
  • Experience working within school settings (elementary focus preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language services to K-5 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Communicate regularly with educators, staff, and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
