Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure required (CCC or CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfort delivering in-person therapy and collaborating with onsite staff
- Familiarity with development and implementation of IEPs, treatment plans, and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and speech-language disorders
- Collaborate with staff SLPs and education teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in required meetings
- Support and consult with teachers and caregivers to facilitate carryover of skills
- Help manage caseload by sharing responsibilities with existing staff, ensuring quality care and attention for each student
