Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current or eligible State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Recent graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or clinical rotations in school-based settings or pediatric therapy
  • Strong knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and goal-setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, teachers, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and caregivers
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress reports
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation to meet compliance standards
  • Support an inclusive environment, fostering understanding and success for every child
