- Strong background in pediatric therapy and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborating with staff SLPs, teachers, and educational teams to best serve student needs
- Participating in IEP meetings; providing thorough documentation
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to student goals
- Supporting caseload management to enhance service delivery for the team
