Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions to middle school students in a center-based classroom
- Collaborate closely with two paraprofessionals and other staff to support individual student goals
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student programming
- Help create an inclusive and positive classroom culture that promotes each student’s personal growth
