Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary school populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for speech and language goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-2 students in accordance with individual education plans
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to identify students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on student progress, and help design effective intervention strategies
- Utilize engaging, evidence-based therapy techniques appropriate for early learners
