Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lakeland, FL

What you'll need:
- Valid state SLP license
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and case management
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across diverse grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
