Working 37.5 hours over five days per week, you’ll support students across the K-12 spectrum—helping to identify and address communication needs, develop individual treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families. Your expertise will empower students to reach their academic and social potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Passion for supporting student success and inclusivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy sessions to students K-12
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
