Qualifications:
- Current Indiana SLP license (or eligible to obtain)
- CCCs preferred, but CF candidates encouraged (supervision provided)
- Previous school-based experience or a strong desire to work in educational settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable with in-person services; hybrid model considered
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for preschool and elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and team-based planning
