School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Michigan City, Indiana

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- CCCs preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply (supervision available)
- Experience with early childhood and/or elementary students is highly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in assigned caseload (preschool or preschool/elementary)
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support teams for integrated student care
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
