Kindergarten Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist - Kent, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students across a range of ages, from early childhood to high school
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with educators, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Provide direct therapy and support in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize students’ communicative abilities
- Maintain accurate progress notes, assessment data, and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning and interventions
