Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to K-8th grade students with varied speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to help every student achieve success
- Maintain documentation and comply with school and federal guidelines
