Desired Background and Skills:
- Active or eligible SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Comfortable with school settings and familiar with school-based service delivery
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with direct and indirect student services
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy interventions to students PK-12
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Offer both onsite and teletherapy sessions, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
