This role offers a consistent weekday schedule—Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours weekly—with regular school hours for healthy work-life balance. Specific campus assignments and caseload details will be determined upon placement.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency preferred to connect with and support a broad student population
- School-based experience as an SLP highly valued
- Must complete fingerprinting and pass a district background check prior to start
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across assigned campuses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Attend meetings and professional development sessions as required
