Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Document sessions, progress reports, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as needed
- Maintain accurate records and manage caseload efficiently
