Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement IEP goals and deliver therapy to a diverse student population
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within dynamic school environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development and progress
- Contribute to student assessments and assist in developing, reviewing, and updating IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Support positive, inclusive classroom environments and participate in related team meetings
