What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending Illinois state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide evidence-based therapy to students across grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Track and document student performance and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy approaches for students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs
