Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas (CCC preferred)
- Prior experience in school settings working with K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized therapy
- Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment
Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop plans of care for diverse communication needs
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, assist with goal setting, and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
