School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Worth, Texas

Required Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license or certification (CCC strongly preferred)
- Previous experience working as an SLP in a school-based setting
- Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and state compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning elementary to high school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer consultation and training to staff and families as needed
