Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state of Florida
- Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective therapy sessions for diverse student populations
- Comfortable with both individual and group interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
- Adapt interventions to meet students’ changing needs throughout the year
