What You’ll Bring:
- Active and current SLP licensure appropriate for practice in educational settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school-based therapy strongly preferred
- Ability to work seamlessly with both elementary and high school populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive, collaborative approach with students, staff, and families
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary support teams
- Offer guidance and education to families and teachers regarding communication strategies
- Travel between multiple buildings as needed within the district
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance standards
