Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Background in pediatric speech therapy with early intervention experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and comfortable delivering virtual services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for children in early intervention and school-based settings
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Deliver direct and/or virtual speech-language therapy to students, including documentation of progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students in reaching their communication goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews as needed
- Provide coaching and resources to families to reinforce strategies at home
