Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Belle Plaine, MN
An exciting opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants with a passion for helping K-8 students thrive. Support students across two friendly sites in the Belle Plaine, MN area, with a flexible schedule that fits your needs. Whether you’re an SLP with your CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or an SLPA eager to make an impact in the school-based setting, your expertise will be valued in this contract position.
Work 30-32 hours per week, spread over four days (Monday through Thursday) or extended to five days if you prefer, with no obligation for summer hours. This assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through June 6, 2025, offering stability and the potential for renewal for the 2025-26 school year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or pending CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology, or active SLPA credential
- ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility welcomed
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Proficiency in delivering services both onsite and via teletherapy
- Comfortable traveling between two school sites
- Prior school-based or healthcare experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for a diverse K-8 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate progress records and documentation
- Deliver teletherapy as needed to support student needs
