What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or current enrollment as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligible CFY
- Experience with pediatric populations, in a school environment preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in assigned caseload
- Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Create individualized goals and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Provide input for IEP development and participate in meetings
- Support student participation and success within the classroom
