Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapeutic interventions to students across grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to provide support strategies and maximize student progress.
- Maintain records and provide timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and consultation for a holistic approach to student success.
- Support students through both direct therapy sessions and teletherapy, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY track).
- Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Passion for helping children overcome speech and language challenges in educational settings.
- Openings available for both fully credentialed SLPs and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as well as SLPA applicants with appropriate school experience.
