What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and current SLP certification
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with students across Pre-K through 12th grade—including a wide range of learning profiles
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive therapeutic atmosphere
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual, group, or classroom settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including IEPs and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs and educational goals
