School Speech Language Pathologist - Joliet, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in school settings, especially with EC and Elementary students, highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and adapting approaches as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to ensure holistic support for each child
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed across both locations
