Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license appropriate for school settings (CCC required)
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or working with EC and elementary populations preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and an engaging, supportive communication style
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work settings
- Dedication to evidence-based intervention and data-driven progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to Early Childhood and Elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress toward communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Attend required meetings, professional development, and training sessions
