Speech Language Pathologist in Joliet, IL

We are currently interviewing for a full-time, contract role offering a flexible schedule built around the school day. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFYs, with supervision and support provided for new graduates.
As a W-2 employee on an annual school-year contract, you will work a consistent 37.5-hour week and manage a manageable caseload of 35-40 elementary students on one campus. Expect to collaborate with both general and special education classrooms, including those with students with ASD, ensuring impactful and individualized support for every student.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP or CFY status (supervision provided for CFYs)
- Comfortable working with elementary students and ASD populations
- Experienced or confident in both general and special education settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students in elementary grades
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop IEPs and track student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in eligibility and staffing meetings
- Access provided materials and resources; benefit from strong onsite support
- Participate in orientation prior to your start date to ensure a seamless transition
