Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working with Pre-K or elementary-aged children preferred
- SLP-CCC, CFY, and school-based clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring in schools
- Collaborative, flexible approach and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for Pre-K students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and allied professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize engaging, evidence-based techniques to foster student growth
