Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (CCC or CFY) or SLPA with school-based experience preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs (supervision will be provided for qualifying candidates)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with children ages 3 to 10
- Skilled in conducting assessments, designing and implementing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with educational teams
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a dedicated group of elementary and preschool students
- Engage with a single site, cultivating relationships within a small school community
- Manage a balanced caseload, with some students receiving services five days a week
- Participate in in-service activities beginning August 21st, with students returning on August 26th
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize educational outcomes
- Take part in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making
