Make an impact supporting young learners as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist at a small, nurturing school serving preschool through 4th grade students near the Burlington, VT area. Key Qualifications:
- Completed graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology or completion of SLP-A program
- Eligible for (or current holder of) CCC-SLP or CFY status
- Open to SLPAs with valid licensure
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, student-centered practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer direct service to a small, well-supported caseload across a single site
- Collaborate with educators, family members, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Ensure services are aligned with best practices for early childhood and elementary students
