- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of managing a diverse caseload while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify and address student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members for student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
