Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort working independently and as part of interprofessional teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in line with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and provide required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
