Qualifications and Experience:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage an elementary caseload effectively across multiple sites
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated supports
- Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide age-appropriate therapy and resources tailored to individual student needs
