Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively serve students in both individual and group settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students at both assigned school sites
- Maintain accurate documentation of session progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Provide consultation and education to school teams and parents as needed
